Urban Agriculture adopted by 800m+ worldwide

In but a few years it’s going to be essential for urban dwellers to grow their own food, either on their roof tops or in community gardens and farms around the city in which they live. Brilliant chart detailing the rise of collaboration. There are some really strong business models developing here and its interesting to see things developing from very local and atomised, then being significantly influenced by the internet and allowing a larger number of people to become connected to each other.
